Dopplerhaus is divided into 2 self contained apartments.
For larger groups, it is possible to rent the entire house which will sleep a maximum of 18 people.
The two adjoining apartments can be linked via a lockable connecting door, located on the kitchen level.

We are flexible on length of holidays and maybe able to accommodate alternative check in and check out days.
Please contact us for availability and prices.
At the time of making a reservation we kindly ask for a 30% deposit to secure the booking

Security Deposit and Cleaning Surcharge

€500 cash deposit is required on arrival, deposit minis costs will be returned via bank within 10 days, after the house has been checked and cleaned.
When the house is left clean and tidy we will not charge extra cleaning costs. We only deduct a cleaning fee of €100 if an intensive clean is required.
If the Jacuzzi is left very dirty and must be emptied for intensive cleaning we will charge an additional €50 cleaning costs

Optional extra's

Bathrobe and XL towels are available for rent: €15 per set.

No noise after 22:00! The house is situated in a residential area, so we must be strict with this Austrian law.
Maximum 8 adults per apartment
Use of Jacuzzi till 22:00.
Strictly no smoking inside the house
Maximum 2 parking spaces at the house per apartment
