Additional pricing information

We are flexible on length of holidays and maybe able to accomodate alternative check in and check out days.

At the time of making a reservation we kindly ask for a 30% deposit to secure the booking
The remaining amount shall be paid no later than 28 days prior to arrival. For last-minute bookings, the total amount is expected immediately.

Security Deposit and Cleaning Surcharge

A €500 security deposit (cash or Paypal) is required upon arrival. The deposit, minus any applicable costs, will be returned by bank transfer within 10 days after departure, once the property has been inspected and cleaned.
We ask our guests to leave the house in the same condition as you found it.
If the house is left clean and tidy, no additional cleaning fees will be charged. An intensive cleaning fee of €200 will apply only if necessary. (By ‘intensive cleaning,’ we mean: cleaning that requires significantly more time than regular cleaning)
When it is clear the sauna or the Grill-Ring are not used in accordance to the stated rules and/or misuse is evident, we will charge an additional €50,-fee.
Please help us keep the garden tidy. An additional €50 cleaning fee will be charged if the garden is left untidy.
When you do smoke in the house, when it was clear there was a party or when you bring a pet, you loose the entire deposit.

House rules

Check-in: 16:00 - 21:00
Check-out: 10:00
Check in between 23:00 and 07:00 is not possible.
No noise after 22:00! The house is situated in a residential area, so we must be strict with this Austrian law.
Maximum 8 adults per apartment Blue and Red. Maximum 6 adults in apartment Green.
Strictly no smoking inside the house
Maximum 2 parking spaces at the house per apartment.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Confetti cannons are not allowed, inside or outside.
Music is not allowed in outdoor areas.
No pets allowed.
